Pre-kindergarten

We believe there is a pure joy within every student that enters our pre-kindergarten program. At Maranatha Christian Academy, we cherish, encourage, and foster the untapped potential, contagious curiosity, and never-ending love of life found in our youngest learners.

Their future is our calling

At Maranatha, learning is an adventure for our pre-kindergarten students.  With classes in Math, pre-Reading, Coding, and STEAM (Science • Technology • Engineering • Art  • Math) you can be assured that your student is on a path to success. Art, Music, and Physical Education insure our little ones express themselves creatively and get their wiggles out. This approach allows the transition to elementary school to be, well, elementary.

Playing with a purpose

If you take a moment and watch our pre-k students during the day, you will see they are on to something we seemed to have lost: the ability to see learning as fun, and playing is, indeed, learning. For our pre-k students, The Center is the place where pre-K students become engaged and inspired - where computers, art, reading all come to life through play!

Do you want to buy a goat?

With faith at the center of every classroom experience and our weekly chapels, we instill character, global and generational interconnectedness, and caring into every student. From our pre-k raising money to buy a goat for communities abroad to our kindergarteners writing cards for Veteran’s Day and May Day for nursing home residents, we are teaching our students to lead with empathy.
